The first peer-to-peer global delivery service
JITjet is a concept app built to establish a peer-to-peer global delivery network. Think Airbnb meets UPS. By turning people who travel for business, pleasure, etc. into couriers, JJ creates money making opportunities for travelers coupled with faster, safer delivery options for those in a pinch.
The challenge here was to provide designs for potentially high stress situations that are streamlined & easy to use across cultures while inspiring high levels of trust.

For an app that requires so much trust from every user in every capacity it’s important the UI reflect this importance without feeling stuffy. Trusted UI patterns, colors that inspire security & pops of colorful to create sophisticated accents invoke an app you can trust.

JITJet’s home screen offers two user experiences. One experience is for familiar users- an upfront search interface who lets these users get right to business. The second uses a story telling approach to familiarize a new user to the concept of JITjet by walking them through the who, what & hows.
Search results
Arguably the heartbeat of the platform, the search results display all available couriers based on requirements set on the home screen. Each available courier’s information is presented as well as options to refine searches or enter new criteria.
Editable date-picker shows nearby dates on a horizontal scroller for easy comparison shopping while tappable date opens calendar view.
Courier blocks display both average user rating & personal rating if courier has been used previously.
Courier profile
The courier’s profile is the first step in making room for a relationship between the courier & customer. A photo, courier write-up, rating & services offered make browsing for the right courier easy to manage & even easier to engage.
