Collaborating on diverse products within a Fortune 500 brand such as JetBlue has given me deep insights into the workings of a major corporation. I partnered with various teams, including marketing, brand, security, & loyalty to deliver high-quality, end-to-end products that successfully reached market.
I designed web products, applications &user flows, developed user tests & prototypes, optimized emails, illustrated brand moments & managed the design system to name a few of my roles. Working across so many product teams meant I was able to collaborate with developers & various stakeholders to ensure a cohesive, streamlined & consistent experience across JetBlue teams & platforms.
